Our Story

Publisher Built. Agency Driven.

We didn't start as an insurance company. We started as marketers — obsessed with understanding how consumers make decisions and how to reach them at exactly the right moment.

Our Beginning

We Started Where Most Agencies End.

Before Eterna was an insurance agency, it was a performance marketing operation. For over two decades, our founders ran media campaigns — search, social, display — generating high-intent inbound calls for financial services and insurance companies.

We weren't selling policies. We were building the infrastructure that made selling possible: the targeting, the creative, the AI qualification, the consumer journey. We understood the full funnel from the first click to the final close.

Why We Became an Agency

We Saw What Was Broken — and Decided to Fix It.

After years of generating leads for other agencies, we kept seeing the same problem: the consumer experience was an afterthought. Leads were bought, sold, and resold. Agents were handed cold contacts with no context. Consumers were called by five different people in a single afternoon.

We knew there was a better way — because we had already built it. By becoming a licensed agency, we could own the entire customer acquisition journey: from the first impression to the licensed professional who earns the business.

"We didn't become an agency to sell more policies. We became an agency to prove that doing it right — consumer first, technology first — produces better outcomes for everyone."

Our Publisher Mindset

We Still Think Like Publishers.

Most insurance agencies think about distribution. We think about demand. There's a fundamental difference between an agency that buys leads and an agency that generates them. When you own the media, you own the data. When you own the data, you understand the consumer. When you understand the consumer, you build better experiences — and better experiences close.

01

Own the Media

We run our own performance campaigns across search, social, and display. No middlemen. No aggregators.

02

Own the Data

Every interaction generates signal. We use that data to continuously improve targeting, qualification, and conversion.

03

Own the Experience

From the first ad impression to the licensed agent on the phone, we control and optimize every touchpoint.

How We Got Here

Phase 04

Insurance Agency

Became a licensed Final Expense agency — combining publisher infrastructure with agency accountability for the full consumer journey.

Our Core Values

The Principles We Answer To.

Treat Every Lead Like an Investment

We don't buy and burn leads. Every consumer interaction is treated with the care of a long-term asset.

Consumer Experience First

The consumer's journey defines our process. A great experience for them creates better outcomes for everyone.

Build Long-Term Partnerships

We're not a vendor. We're a partner. Our success is measured by yours.

Technology and AI Drive Outcomes

We continuously invest in AI and automation to improve qualification, reduce waste, and increase conversion.

Faith-Based Integrity

We answer to a higher standard. Integrity isn't a policy — it's the foundation of every decision we make.

Looking Ahead

The Best Is Still Being Built.

Eterna is still early. We're expanding our agent network, deepening our AI capabilities, and building the partnerships that will define the next chapter of performance-driven insurance. If you believe the industry deserves better — better technology, better consumer experiences, better outcomes — we'd like to talk.
